The Kitchenware Direct asked me if I would love to review another product. I had option to opt out anything within some price range. I have my old hand-mixer that I used for my all baking goodies so far. Buying a KitchenAid Stand Mixer is in my wish-list but I still needed something small yet powerful mixer for my all kind of baking jobs.
Actually, I wanted to upgrade my old hand-mixer that I was not very happy with it. The older hand-mixer was very heavy and the beaters were bit thicker that my cake mixture or anything does get stuck and wasted. So, I wanted to replace it since a long time as the hand-mixer is only tool that I use for all aspects of baking needs.
I was looking for the perfect and durable hand-mixer, comes with extra long beaters, thin wired plus easy to clean. I did a bit of research for several brands before I chose Cuisinart Power Advantage Plus 9 Speed Hand Mixer. The clever idea of storage system and thin wired beaters made up my mind!
Finally, it’s arrived (in 4 days flat, thanks to Kitchenware Direct for speedy delivery) and I couldn’t be happier! It’s comes with sturdy snap-on clear case to store mixer and accessories. It’s neat and clever idea to store all accessories into one box with mixer, fits in to my small space perfectly.
The product features 220 watts with SmoothStart function, with 3 low mixing speeds to prevent the ingredients from sloshes and splashes around. Also, it’s one-step power switch with 9-speed LED display (that’s look pretty cool!). It’s includes two thin wired beaters, chef’s whisk, 2 dough hooks and sleek spatula, plus it carries limited 3 year warranty. And yes, recipe book with 45 recipes is also included!
As I mentioned above I love the most because this hand mixer comes with different tools and it tucks into its own storage case. It’s got powerful motor than any other mixers, speed and beautiful looks! It would be a wonderful addition in your kitchen. You would enjoy for making morning breakfast, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, frosting, fluffy meringues, homemade bread, and all sweet goodies.
Till now, I tried and tasted my new mixer for baking a Chocolate Olive Oil Cake from Nigella Lawson’s latest book Nigellissima. Recipe is coming soon!
