Recipe Marathon Day # 5

You marathoners are tired??? You guys and I have been running since last Friday. :) Though, I still have some good stock of energy and stamina. :D Wait and watch…more yummiest recipes are coming over to you. If my plans and everything is materialized, I will post till 1st January, 2010. :) You have bombarded with series of mine and fellows’ recipes…hope you all enjoy your every visit! :)

Today, I will serve you Anita‘s Pakora Kadhi. I should say this recipe was in my draft since ages and I didn’t post it earlier. But again, Nupur’s Marathon event forced me to post it without any delay. Well, I want to save my energy and tempo for next days so I won’t re-type the recipe here. You can visit Anita’s blog for detailed recipe. She has explained very well. I have followed her recipe very closely and didn’t change a bit except adding some sugar in Kadhi. Because we like somewhat sweet and tangy taste in kadhi. OMG! What a delicious Kadhi! We just loved it and enjoyed totally. However, I don’t know how many times we have had it. So you can imagine the taste of yummy Pakora kadhi.

    Glad to know you are doing good with the marathon. Nice to see so many recipes. Yet to try all of your recipes. Kadi Pakodi is one of my favorite. Last Wednesday I had it in the Gurudwara. It was so yummy.

    Sone, i tried the pakora kadhi and trust me, it was fantastic and unbelievably yummy…i used to make the kadhi, lekin this time, it was a fab finish.
