This Coriander aka Green Chutney is my husband’s favourite. Few months ago I found we can freeze it well. Without sacrificing any taste, flavour, or colour we can have this versatile chutney when we crave. Freeze it in ice-cube box for at least 4-5 hours (overnight best). Remove from ice-cube box and pop them into zip-lock bag and you’re done. It can be frozen up to 2 months or more.

Take 2-3 cubes or as much as you want. Microwave ’em for a minute. And voila! Ready to serve.
