In this blogging world, I would like to start my tiny step with something sweet. :)
Hope everyone had a good weekend! Hereby, I give you a something sweet Chocolate Muffin. It’s very simple yet yummy. I know, this is very simple recipe but will post my other recipes later. Today, I share you Chocolate Muffin recipe. My TH and me had finished within. :) In this recipe, you can add a dark chocolate or semi-sweet dark chocolate. Since I didn’t have either so I just add Cadbury’s chocolate powder. The result was very good. The muffins came out very soft and tasty. You can adjust the sweet taste as per your sweet-tooth.
Basic Chocolate Muffins Recipe:
How did I make – (yields about 7-8 muffins)
1 – 1/2 Cup All Purpose flour
4-5 tbsp Chocolate powder or 75 gm dark chocolate, melted in 1 cup boiling water
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Cocoa
1/3 cup Caster Sugar (adjust according to your taste)
1) Preheat oven at 180ºC and prepare a muffin pan lining with muffin paper cups.
2) Meanwhile mix all ingredients together until just combined.
3) Now fill the prepared muffin pans up to 3/4 and bake it 180°C for 15-20 mins.
I love warm muffins. You can store into air-tight upto 2 days.
